Engage & Understand
Prior to review meeting:
- Provide us with updated assets, liabilities, income, and expenses position
- Provide updated personal details i.e. occupation, dependants, heath status, housing situation, past times & lifestyle
- Hold Review Meeting(1 hour)
- Discuss & prioritise your insurance goals & objectives
- Review & identify the things you want to protect (needs analysis)
Explore options & strategy planning
- Research existing product costs, quality and benefits compared to the current market
- Formulate strategy for your needs in line with your prioritised goals and objectives.
- Hold Strategy Meeting (30mins to 1 hour)
- Present proposed costs and agreed on steps forward
Prepare & Present Advice
- Send strategy to paraplanning to prepare Statement of Advice.
- Issue Statement of Advice
- Hold Presentation Meeting (30 mins)
- Explain advice
- Confirm understanding of advice, benefits, risks & consequences.
- Answer any questions
- Obtain instructions
Implement recommendations
- Complete relevant forms or applications as required to implement the recommendations (DocuSign)
- For new insurance applications only, hold Application Meeting (20 mins per application subject to disclosures)
Finalise process
- Cancel any policies intended to be replaced
- Confirm implementation has been completed in line with advice
- Issue summary of insurances and policy documents.
Ongoing Management & Reviews
- Contact us for admin support for the ongoing management of your policies. i.e., payment details, update address or beneficiary details etc.
- It is essential that you contact us when your circumstances change. This is so we can review any changes that may affect the appropriateness of our advice and to ensure we are still working towards fulfilling your objectives in Step 1.
